PHP Developer

iBus Media LT is looking for an experienced PHP developer who wants to join a team that works on and develops in-house web-based projects, mobile apps and data analytics systems in realms including, but not limited to: poker, sports and online affiliates. As a team member, you will be responsible for the development of new and support of existing features, modernising codebase in accordance with state-of-art technology.

For the position, you should be comfortable with:

  • Symfony 3, Doctrine ORM, Guzzle, writing services, migrations, custom form field types, etc.
  • Reading and understanding unfamiliar code, including legacy one.
  • Switching from ORM to SQL when appropriate, understanding MySQL performance and limitations.
  • Using Linux for basic dev-ops and development. Using Git and git-flow.
  • Estimating work and working in scum sprints, communicating effectively with a project manager, scrum master and other sprint members.
  • Working without much technical supervision when necessary, while keeping code maintainable and understandable.
  • Speaking in English.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Knowledge of ES5/ES6 JavaScript and its frameworks, e.g. AngularJS or React.

Business Intelligence Analyst

Individuals within the Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst role identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs. They provide data that is accurate, congruent and reliable, and ensure the information is easily available to users for direct consumption or integration with other systems.

BI Analysts educate and train clients to use the data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms and content for the purpose of analysis and option exploration. BI Analysts work developers, project managers to determine business requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI), and develop BI and data warehouse (DW) strategy. This includes working with business and development teams to design, and document dashboards, alerts, and reports. This individual is accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management. They conduct analyses of functional business processes and functional business requirements and participate in the development of business cases in the support of process changes and/or IT projects.

BI Analysts understand how data is turned into information and knowledge and how that knowledge supports and enables key business processes.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

Consulting with internal customers to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that accelerate profitable growth

Wrangling data from multiple sources including sales, inventory, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making

Working with several large and complex SQL databases

Designing and building reports and analyses in Excel

Responsible for developing, analyzing, and evaluating information/data to create and maintain business intelligence that supports the strategic objectives and mission of the health system

Supports business intelligence tools and systems, and end-users of these tools and systems

Works on a team helping to define and develop requested business intelligence deliverables

Utilizes existing audit processes to ensure accurate reporting solutions that are consistent with defined business needs

Works on a team to synthesize business intelligence and trend/benchmarking data to generate standard or custom reporting that supports recommendations for action readily consumable by business owners

Maintains/updates business intelligence methods, databases, dashboards, tools or systems

Maintains/updates documentation of knowledge assets, e.g. models, business rules, technical specifications (data mapping, data flows, dashboard content, data dictionaries)

Provides technical support for existing business intelligence tools and systems

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing, executing and maintaining the online gaming digital marketing strategy with a particular focus on SEO, SEM, and PPC. You will look to drive profitable traffic to our client's sites and brands through a variety of online marketing techniques including performance and search marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with head of product and commercial team to develop and deliver the online marketing strategy.

Work closely with the optimization and conversion team to deliver and optimize top class ROI campaigns including, but not limited to:

o    Performance Marketing: Affiliates, Behavioural Retargeting, Targeted Online Display.

o    Search Marketing: SEO / Pay per Click (PPC) / Facebook/Social Media Paid Advertising.

Manage external relationships, using appropriate account management tools and systems;

Research proactively for new opportunities using existing networks, as well as creating new relationships;

Setting up the appropriate campaigns with the right commercials for the business and with the most suitable partners;

 Optimise the ROI of all new and in-flight above the line (ATL) campaigns/projects and achieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets;

Plan and prioritise online sales activities working towards achieving agreed business aims;

Monitor online marketing activities and provide relevant reports and information on a daily and weekly basis in     conjunction with the business intelligence (BI) team.

Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and the igaming industry.

Requirements:

Strong experience in working in an online / ecommerce / high traffic business.

Understanding / experience in online poker, casino, sportsbook and igaming industry would be considered as an          advantage.

Proven track record in delivering traffic through effective digital marketing strategy.

Excellent understanding of PPC and SEO techniques as well as campaign planning, optimization and cost                    management.

Strong focus on delivery.

Good at implementing effective processes.

Eye for effective design.

Very analytical in approach with an excellent understanding of excel and data manipulation.
