Accounts Assistant

At iBus Media we are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Junior Accountant. Your main tasks will be to support the team in various daily accounting routines. We expect you to be motivated and keen on taking also more challenging tasks while supporting Management in financial planning and forecasting process.


Key Responsibilities:


• General accounting and bookkeeping according to international and industry specific accounting requirements;
• Process payments as well as documents like invoices;
• Track and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing;
• Update financial data in a timely manner ensuring that it is accurate;
• Helping with month end reporting and other ad hoc presentations to the business/Group finance;
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and working with the businesses to deliver against these targets;
• Helping with other accounting routines and financial management tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


• 1-2 years relevant experience in accounting;
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline;
• Very good command of both written and spoken English; 
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Be willing to learn and able to adapt in new challenges;
• Strong ownership feeling;
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

We are looking for an HR Admin to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Responsibilities include providing information and administrative support to the Head of HR and employees regarding human resource activities, policies, processes and procedures.

Duties will include but are not be limited to:

• Distributing official documents;
• Manage Office;
• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data;
• Setting appointments and arranging meetings;
• Maintaining calendars of HR management team;
• Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets;
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications;
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process;
• Collecting employment information;
• Ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system;
• Maintaining current HR files and databases;
• Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.

• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally;
