As a team member, you will be responsible for the development of new and support of existing features, modernising codebase in accordance with state-of-art technology.


For the position, you should be comfortable with:
• Symfony 3, Doctrine ORM, Guzzle, writing services, migrations, custom form field types, etc.
• Reading and understanding unfamiliar code, including legacy one.
• Switching from ORM to SQL when appropriate, understanding MySQL performance and limitations.
• Using Linux for basic dev-ops and development. Using Git and git-flow.
• Estimating work and working in scrum sprints, communicating effectively with a project manager, scrum master and other sprint members.
• Working without much technical supervision when necessary, while keeping code maintainable and understandable.
• Speaking in English.

Bonus Points for:

In this role, you’ll implement novel machine learning algorithms, drive data science analysis for decision making, and build efforts through to production at massive scale. These systems help us understand and improve user experience and are an important part of our strategic focus optimizing user experience and engagement with personal accounts. You’ll work in a small and dynamic team, building new functionality. You’ll also participate in designing systems, algorithm development, and optimization efforts to ship big impact. This position requires a broad set of software engineering skills, with particular focus on strong data-driven thinking including experience building and deploying machine learning algorithms, optimization efforts, and/or data science driven systems. You should have experience working with massive datasets and shipping production scale systems.


  •         Develop and implement new machine learning algorithms and data science systems;
  •         Produce high quality code with excellent reliability and scalability;
  •         Explore novel architectural solutions and communicate ideas clearly;
